Surplus Van Grant

The Surplus Van Grant Program provides retired Link Transit vans to eligible nonprofit organizations and public agencies in Chelan and Douglas counties. The program is designed to address transportation gaps for seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, and other underserved community members.

Eligibility

All non-profit organizations and agencies with 501(c)3 status, and organizations that provide services for senior citizens, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, who primarily serve residents of the Chelan-Douglas Public Transportation Benefit Area (PTBA), are eligible. The PTBA serves all incorporated cities and towns in Chelan County as well as Douglas County with some exceptions in Douglas County.
