NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Link Transit’s proposed Operating and Capital Budget for the fiscal year January 1 through December 31, 2026.

A public hearing will be held in conjunction with the regular monthly board meeting of the Link Transit Board of Directors on November 18, 2025, beginning at 3:00 pm. The meeting will be hosted from Columbia Station’s 3rd-floor conference room (300 S. Columbia Street, Wenatchee). This location is wheelchair accessible, and members of the public are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

The purpose of the public hearing is to provide the Link Transit Board of Directors an opportunity to hear public comment on the agency’s proposed Operating and Capital Budget for the fiscal year January 1 through December 31, 2026. 

As part of this process, Link Transit is interested to hear the public’s opinions regarding the proposed Operating and Capital Budget for the fiscal year January 1 through December 31, 2026. Budget documents are available for public viewing here, or paper copies may be obtained at Link Transit’s Columbia Station Guest Services Department, located on the second floor. Guest Services is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Public review and comment on Link’s proposed Operating and Capital Budget for the fiscal year January 1 through December 31, 2026 is encouraged. Written comments will be accepted through November 17, 2025 and will be submitted to the Link Transit Board of Directors for consideration as part of their decision-making process. Written comments can be submitted by email to boardclerk@linktransit.com or by regular mail to Board Clerk, 300 S. Columbia Street, Wenatchee, WA 98801. The proposed Operating and Capital Budget for the fiscal year January 1 through December 31, 2026 is in draft form until adopted by the Link Transit Board of Directors.

The public hearing will be conducted in person in the third-floor boardroom of Link Transit’s Columbia Station, 300 S. Columbia Street, Wenatchee, WA 98801. Please call Link Transit at 509-664-7608 if you need a foreign language or sign language interpreter for the public hearing or request a copy of the proposal in an alternative format.
