Guest Services Representative

Under the immediate supervision of the Guest Services Supervisor, and the general direction of the Administrative Services Manager, this position provides information regarding Link services including fixed route schedules, routes and ridesharing services over the telephone and in person; records and responds to guest comments; sells transit passes; and assists with general office support duties such as word processing.

This position is located at Link Transit's Columbia Station, 300 South Columbia St., Wenatchee.  Columbia Station is currently open Monday through Friday 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM.  This position will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM however occasionally the successful candidate will be asked to work as early as 6 AM and potentially on Saturday. 

Examples of Duties

Provide route and schedule information to Link guests over the telephone, in person and via e-mail, including ridesharing services; when available, provide non-transit information related to community activities and special events.
